What We Do
The Warrington Family and their company Warrington Enterprises operate, manage, and maintain manufactured home communities (property management) that they own. These are over 55 communities in Sarasota, FL where the resident owns their own home and leases the lot. Warrington Enterprises serves these residents by offering an affordable, nice, and peaceful community for them to spend their retirement years, either as their primary home or as a secondary home here in sunny Florida. This is done through amenities and services offered in the lease amount and maintaining a 55 plus age restricted community.
In 1995, the family created its first mission statement. Our mission statement states, “WE the people strive to serve others by providing housing, unique services, and a lifestyle in any property WE serve; along with holding to our values and showing the love of Christ.” Our mission statement is a short summary to help us remember what we do and how we do it along with the things that are important to us such as “holding to our values and showing the love of Christ.” We operate our business based on Christian beliefs and values such as being honest, serving others, being fair and caring. The Bible says “Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” (Colossians 3:17) This means we strive to honor Him in what we do.
Along with managing and operating Cedar Cove we are also a licensed manufactured home installer. This license allows us to set up new manufactured homes in our communities. We are also a licensed manufactured home dealer which allows us to buy and sell new and pre-owned manufactured homes.
